Vale mencionar tres títulos que renovaron las reglas lúdicas y los motores tecnológicos: En Baldur´s Gate (1998) se destaca la acción y estrategia de grupo, si bien la historia nos cuenta la vida y vicisitudes de un héroe en particular. Neverwinther Nights (2002) plantea un conflictodramático y amoroso: el sentido trágico de la historia está dado por la injusta muerte de Fenthick Musgo, que hace tambalear las nociones de justicia de la épica. Baldur´s Gate se dirige a la forma de un cantar de gesta, Neverwinther, a la de una novela.
El mérito de Menzoberranzan (1994) es principalmente tecnológico. Con un motor con las características de un Doom 2 o un Duke 3d, se alineó cuando fue lanzado con el modelo de videojuego del momento, dando como resultado un título al estilo de Eye of the Beholder con el motor de un moderno FPS.
Estos tres títulos representan la calle de oro de AD&D para juegos de PC.
Otros tantos o más han salido tambien, pero fueron a dormir a los Reinos Olvidados.

es una lastima que se pediese esa escencia del baldur en la que cada personaje tenia una historia y se relacionaba de cierta manera con el jugador principal, ademas de tener una jugabilidad practica y cada clase bien establecida, ladron, guerrero, mago,etc. esto aparejado de estrategia de grupo; otro gran ingrediente de la saga es la historia epica que cuenta, y su cierre perfecto; teniendo en cuenta que cierra todos los plot de la trama; muy buena la pagina Claudio, espero que siga asi.. ya estare puteando a oberto y comprando lo que vende por tu tienda
